The nomenclature reported in the resources (i.e. downloads, blast and genome browser) do differ from the one present in the original publication.

To maintain coherence with the other genomes hosted and unicity across datasets, a prefix "VITVvi_vNebbCVT71.primary" or "VITVvi_vNebbCVT71.alternative." were added to the orginal ids of both sequences and annotations. The remaining part of the ID was kept unchanged, allowing full tracking up to the original ids.

‘Nebbiolo’ genome assembly allows surveying the occurrence and functional implications of genomic structural variations in grapevines (Vitis vinifera L.).
